Michelle completed her Bachelor of Science at SFU where she majored in Kinesiology with a concentration in active health and rehab while achieving a certificate in health and fitness studies. She subsequently completed her Masters in Physical Therapy at UBC. She holds a Level 1 Orthopaedic Manual Therapy certification, with plans to pursue further orthopaedic certifications. She is also certified in functional dry needling (IMS). Michelle grew up in North Delta, playing competitive sports and working at Sungod Recreation Centre as a lifeguard, aquafit instructor and diving instructor. She enjoys staying active by hiking, swimming, seawall running and playing tennis. Michelle values collaborating with and empowering all clients to actively partake in their rehabilitation. She has a passion for helping individuals of all ages achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.
