Brooke Bogress
Brooke earned both a Bachelor of Kinesiology and Master of Physical Therapy degree from UBC. She also holds a Level 1 Orthopaedic Manual Therapy certification, with plans to pursue further training in this area. Brooke believes movement is medicine therefore exercise forms the foundation of her treatment. She also utilizes manual therapy, soft tissue release, and education to help patients reach their goals. Brooke has a passion for treating athletes of all ages, MVA and post-operative patients, and for helping seniors maintain an active lifestyle. Brooke was born and raised in Tsawwassen, where she was highly involved in the athletic community, playing competitive volleyball, basketball, and fast-pitch. She went on to play collegiate level volleyball in Florida and was also a member of the varsity rowing team during her time at UBC. Her love of sport sparked her interest in the human body and how to best prepare it for its many functional demands, as well as how to rehab injuries that may occur along the way. Brooke enjoys staying active by hiking, boxing, playing tennis, beach volleyball and slow pitch, as well training for her next Gran Fondo cycling race.
